Experience the highest level of coaching with our Full Gold Package, which is a minimum of 3-months contract. It is a hands-on approach encompassing personalized training programs, nutrition planning, blood work interpretation, advice on supplementation and performance enhancement cycles, access to Trist’s training app, and assistance with mindset for everyday wellness. You will have consultation check-ins every 7 days with Trist, as well as 24/7 whatsapp/ video call/ phone call support from Trist directly. This package is designed for ongoing support to assist in your excellence as an athlete, both on and off stage.
